Marna has always been obsessed with details, colours, and the way different textures and looks fit together.
When she got engaged to a man with a father from India she was super excited to have those beautiful cultural accessories in their wedding. When she made her own wedding dress (crazy right??) she made sure to include an intense amount of detail into her custom dress.
Ever since she has been researching and admiring the stunning detail and glamour that Eastern wedding clothing and accessories showcase. She has worked it into the creations she has made for years and with her custom veils it has become a passion to mix intricate Eastern inspired detail into North American weddings veil styles.

The lead time for our wedding veils varies from 3 to 6 months (see individual item), and the lead time for tulle swatches is 1-3 business days. If you require a rush order please contact us ASAP as we may be able to do this, otherwise please be aware of this time frame.
The lead time for our veils varies depending on the style (see individual item). Turnaround time for plain raw edge veils is 4-6 weeks, embellished veils 3 to 6 months weeks, and the lead time for tulle swatches is 1-3 business days.
Domestic delivery takes 2-7 business days and international 2-4 weeks (tracking provided).
Yes, we do accept rush orders for plain veils at no extra fee. Rush orders for custom veils will depend on the amount of veils we have ordered at the time of your request.
We will do our best to get you your veil earlier by speeding up the production time/prioritizing your order but please contact us before requesting a rush order.
You will need to allow at least 5-7 business days for delivery within Canada but if you are overseas, you must allow at least 3-4 weeks shipping time prior to your wedding date. Alternatively, express courier service is an option and we can give you more details upon request.
Please understand every item is made to order so we do not accept exchanges or returns.
Every item here is made to order and made by hand for you personally, due to this fact we do not accept returns. Please make sure that you have the correct colour and size before purchasing a veil.
We highly suggest you order our tulle swatches to match with the colour of your dress.
Please contact us if you are unsure about which type of tulle to order or if you have any questions.
If the item described above was mistakenly shipped to you, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase, return the item to us and we'll send you the correct item as soon as we can (we will advise you on the rush production time before we ship it) with Express Post unless you prefer a refund.
Please make sure when returning the item that it is in new condition, perfume free and returned with all tags, packaging and accessories (if any).
We ship all items through Canada Post.
DOMESTIC orders - we use Regular Post (2-10 business days) or Express Post Domestic (2-3 business days).
INTERNATIONAL orders - we use Express International or EMS (4 – 12 days). Tracking number will be provided and you will be able to track the item on the Canada Post website. **(EXCLUDES TIME IN CUSTOMS IF APPLICABLE)**.If you require expedited shipping/courier i.e DHL express please contact us to arrange this.
*STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES BETWEEN METROPOLITAN AREAS OR MAJOR CITIES, EXCLUDES TIME IN CUSTOMS IF APPLICABLE AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO DELAY DUE TO CAUSES OUTSIDE OF CANADA POST'S CONTROL.
For INTERNATIONAL shipments, the buyer is responsible for all CUSTOM CHARGES and IMPORT DUTIES.
Please note that we do not have any control over Customs fees and Import Duties, you need to contact your local Customs Office for charges.
Packages can be held at your local Customs Offices for days or weeks before the notice is sent out to you. We don't have any control over this.
PLEASE TRACK YOUR ORDER AND CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICES OR POST OFFICE IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE IN NORMAL DELIVERY TIME (1 – 2 weeks) TO AVOID ANY DELAY.
PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE IF THE PARCEL IS SHOWING IN THE TRACK TOOL OR VIA A TRACK ADVICE AS 'DELIVERED' BUT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED.
We use Canada Post but once it has left the country we are unable to help with any International customs issues, but as it is our job also to get your package to you safely, please contact us if you have not received your order within 4 weeks of its shipping date.
